Update - Residential Burglary suspect apprehended in Mesquite

TYLER, May 6, 2013-- Nathaniel Haggerty was arrested by Mesquite Police Department on May 3, 2013.  Tyler Police Department thanks the public for their assistance in getting the word out and helping the suspect be located and apprehended.

TYLER, May 2, 2013--Tyler Investigators are seeking the whereabouts of Nathaniel Haggerty, age 18, of Tyler.  Investigators have obtained an arrest warrant on Haggerty for Residential Burglary and believe he may be responsible for many more within the City of Tyler.

Haggerty may be driving a 2003 Silver, Cavalier, Texas plate BHD-1525 or a 2000 White Ford Explorer, Texas plate BKB-9534.

Tyler Police needs your help in locating him to stop him from committing other residential burglaries.  Anyone with information on Haggerty is urged to contact the Tyler Police Department, at 903-531-1000, or Crime Stoppers at 903-597-CUFF (2833).  Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges filed against the suspect in this case or any felony case.
