Tyler Police investigate theft at Wagner Cadillac

TYLER, April 21, 2014—On Sunday morning, Tyler Police Department received a call from a citizen claiming to have seen several Cadillacs jacked up on pieces of wood at Wagner Cadillac on S. Broadway.

Tyler Police Officers responded and found approximately 20 Cadillacs which were supported by 4x4 pieces of wood under each wheel, with their tires and chrome wheels missing.

The loss value is approximately $50,000.

This case is currently under investigation. Anyone with information regarding this crime is urged to call Tyler Police Department at 903-531-1000, or Smith County Crime Stoppers at 903-597-CUFF. Callers to Crime Stoppers do not have to give their name and all calls remain confidential. Callers may be eligible for a cash reward for information which leads to an arrest.
