TYLER, February 10, 2014—This morning, at 3:09 a.m., Tyler Police received a commercial burglar alarm call located at the CVS Pharmacy located at 1710 W. Gentry.
While officers were in route, the alarm company advised at least two subjects could be seen on the security cameras. One subject entered the business through the drive-thru window while another remained just outside the window. The first subject, described as a black male wearing a gray hoodie and black sweatpants, took property belonging to CVS and passed the items through the drive-thru window to the second subject. The second subject is described as a black male wearing a gray hoodie and gray sweatpants. Both subjects then left the area.
Officers arrived on scene minutes later and began searching the area. The suspects were not located.
Anyone with information in this case is urged to contact the Tyler Police Department at 903-531-1000 or Tyler/Smith County Crime Stoppers at 903-597-CUFF. Crime Stoppers will pay up to $1,000 for information that leads to the arrest and charges filed against the suspects in this case or any other felony case.
