Two arrested after burglary in progress call on CR 182

ANDERSON CO., May 9, 2014—Two people are in custody after a burglary in progress call, according to Anderson County Sheriff Greg Taylor.

The call originated from a residence in the 1800 block of County Road 182. At approximately 9:00 p.m., on Thursday, the renter of the home arrived at the residence and found two people inside.

Anderson County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the location and located the suspects in their vehicle behind the residence where they had become stuck in their attempt to flee the area.

Arrested were:

James Wesley Hart, age 32, of Elkhart

Crime Suspect - James Wesley Hart

Kristine Michelle Vines, age 31, of Elkhart

Crime Suspect - Kristine Michelle Vines

Both suspects were charged with Burglary of a Habitation, a 2nd Degree Felony. No bond has been set at this time.
