Three arrested after Anderson Co. traffic stop

ANDERSON CO., July 15, 2014 – On Saturday, at approximately 7:30 p.m., Anderson County Sheriff’s Deputies performed a traffic stop on a vehicle containing three occupants. The stop led to a search of the vehicle which resulted in the arrest of all occupants.

Passenger Kamie Lea Erekson, age 23, was found to be in possession of a glass pipe, various pills, a small amount of marijuana, and 3.6 grams of methamphetamine. She was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, penalty group 1, 1-4 grams. She has been released on $10,000 bond.

Passenger Robert Henderson Holcomb, age 39, was arrested on a parole violation with the original charge of Manufacture/Delivery of Methamphetamine. He is being held in the Anderson County Jail with no bond.

Driver Kevin McKinney, age 34, was arrested and charged with Expired Registration and Driving While License Invalid. He was fined $521.00 and has since been released.
