JACKSONVILLE, April 20, 2017—The 19th Annual Tasting Jacksonville is set for Tuesday, April 25, in the Jacksonville High School Cafeteria.
Enjoy food and beverage all under one roof from these participating businesses, Brookshire Brothers, Church’s Chicken, Dairy Queen – S. Jackson, Gallatin Olde Store Steakhouse, Jacksonville College, JHS Cafeteria, JHS Culinary Class, Kiwanis, Legends Old Time Burger Café, McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, Sadler’s Kitchen & Catering, Super Gallo Mercado, Sylvia Mae’s Soul Food, Traditions Restaurant & Catering, Walmart and Whataburger. Tickets are $12 in advance or $15 at the door, Children 5 and under are free.
The Jacksonville Chamber Adopt-A-School Committee will hold their annual “Goody Basket” drawings during Tasting Jacksonville, proceeds benefit scholarships for graduating Jacksonville High School Seniors. This year’s donations are from Andy & Susan Phillip’s, Austin Bank, Cherokee County Electric Cooperative, ETMC-Jacksonville, Family Fist Clinic & Urgent Care/Med Spa, Fresh Dental + Orthodontics, Hospice Plus, Jacksonville College, Mickey Mom-Julie Bradley, People’s Church, Sign Gypsies, St. John’s United Methodist Church, Stage Store, Texas Basket Factory, Texas National Bank and Twisted Texas Tanning. Tickets are $1 each, 6 for $5 or 12 for $10. You do not have to be present to win.
