FRANKSTON, April 24, 2013 – A Search warrant executed on PC Corner Store and Texaco Station, on the corner of Hwy 175 and Hwy 155, in Frankston, has resulted in three arrests.
According to Frankston Police Chief Darren Goodman, information was obtained that illegal activity was taking place at the store. A search warrant was issued and police executed the warrant on Tuesday, at approximately 5:45 p.m.
Inside the store, police seized controlled substances, dangerous drugs, paraphernalia, cash proceeds, and records of illegal transactions.
Police arrested the owner, Phillip Chang, his wife Que Chau Truong, and another individual who attempted to dispose of paraphernalia when police entered the establishment.
Chang and his wife have been charged with Possession of a Dangerous Drug, although Chief Goodman says the investigation is ongoing and additional charges are possible. The other arrested individual, whose name has not yet been released, was charged with Possession of Paraphernalia.

An arrest does not mean that the individual or individuals have been convicted of the alleged violation, unless otherwise noted. Individuals are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
