PALESTINE, June 6, 2013—A report of possession of inappropriate photos of underage girls lead Police to issue a Search and Arrest warrant for Joshua Jeremaine Kincade, of Neches.
Kincade was arrested this morning in Palestine, during execution of the warrants. Additional evidence was removed from the home and sent to a lab for evaluation.
According to Anderson County Sheriff Greg Taylor, Kincade is currently in jail on a $15,000 bond for Possession of Child Pornography. Sheriff Taylor says additional charges may be added as evidence is evaluated.

An arrest does not mean that the individual or individuals have been convicted of the alleged violation, unless otherwise noted. Individuals are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.
