Just in time for the Christmas ...
PALESTINE, July 1, 2013-- Several fundraisers were held over the weekend to benefit the family of the tragic residential fire which claimed the lives of recent Elkhart High School graduate Shauna VanStory, age 19, and 13 year-old Michael Murdock.
A bake sale, and car wash were held at O-Yez Coffee Bar and Gift Shop, and all proceeds from the fundraisers were given to the family of the victims.
According to Elkhart City Secretary Donna Surber, an account has been set up at Elkhart State Bank, 109 W Parker Street, for those who wish to donate. Donations are also being received at Bailey and Foster Funeral Home, located at 207 South Magnolia Street, in Palestine, and O-Yez Coffee Bar and Gift Shop. All proceeds will be given to the family.
The funeral will be held at Evangelistic Temple, 3011 N Loop 256, in Palestine, on Wednesday, July 3, at 1:00 p.m.
