Crisis center requests assistance to provide children's Christmas gifts

PALESTINE, November 5, 2013— The Crisis Center of Anderson and Cherokee Counties is requesting public assistance to provide Christmas gifts for child victims of family violence of child abuse.

Anyone interested in donating, please contact the Crisis Center at 90-723-5858  in Palestine.

Participants may pick up a wish list and fill them or make a donation and let the Crisis Center do the shopping.

The Crisis Center appreciates support for the kids and families. IF not for the helping hands in the community, The Crisis Center would not be able to help their child clients in this way.

The Crisis Center Christmas party is set for December 11. Donations should be dropped at either office by December 5, to leave ample time for sorting and organizing.
