'Forest Adventures' at Texas Forestry Museum's Summer Camps

LUFKIN, June 15, 2013—“Forest Adventures” will be waiting at the Texas Forestry Museum in July. The museum is hosting two camps for children entering Pre-K to 4th grades in the fall.

Timber Tots will be held July 8, 9, 11, and 12, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.. Timber Tots is for children ages 3 – Kindergarten.

Summer Sylvans will be held July 22, 23, 25, and 26, from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Summer Sylvans is for children entering 1st – 4th grades in the fall.

Camps will not meet on Wednesdays, and both camps are held at the Texas Forestry Museum. Children will gather at the museum each morning to enjoy a fun and activity-packed day camp. Prices are $35 per child; $30 for Texas Forestry Museum Kids’ Club members. Pre-registration is required. Contact the museum for more information.
